Join Our 40 Days of Fitness Challenge!

 

For the next 10 weeks (February 19-April 27), we challenge you to stay physically active at least 4 days a week by participating in a variety of activities (for every fitness level) including dance, aerobics, yoga, basketball, nature walks and more, right here on campus. And if you’re already active outside of work, you can count those activities too! 

These activities will meet the fitness level of anyone participating and are intended to help each of you to reach your own personal fitness goal.  If you already workout we challenge you to try some new workouts with us.  If you are just getting started or have an injury or ailment that limits you we want to help you as well

  1. I am not sure what’s the difference between Functional Fitness and Lunch Power Hour in the weight room ? I won’t be able to do the 5:15pm – 6:15pm due to my work hours. The 11:30 am-12:30 pm will be fine for me during the week.
